Why should our school offer Bravo?

Bravo positions your school as a community leader that creates value beyond academics. Traditional graduation photography is purely transactional: families pay, photographer profits, experience ends.

Bravo transforms graduation into something bigger—families receive tangible rewards, local businesses gain meaningful exposure, and your school becomes the connector who made it possible.

You're not just protecting families from exploitative pricing (which Pixown already does), you're actively strengthening your community and differentiating your school as one that genuinely cares about both families and local businesses.

Does Bravo cost our school anything?

No. Bravo will be completely free to schools. Pixown will fund gift certificates from a portion of Gold tier upgrade fees paid by graduates. Your school simply approves the program and benefits from enhanced community relationships and positive positioning. No setup fees, no ongoing costs, no administrative burden.

How do we bring Bravo to our school?

If your school already uses Pixown, simply contact us to express interest in adding Bravo to your program. We'll handle business recruitment in your community and launch when sufficient partners are secured.

If you're not yet a Pixown school, contact us to discuss switching from your current photography provider. We'll walk you through the Pixown model (transparent tiered pricing, built-in savings, community benefits), discuss Bravo participation (optional—standard Pixown available without Bravo), and if you approve, we'll recruit local businesses to participate in your school's program and launch with your next graduating class.


What if not enough local businesses participate?

Pixown will handle business recruitment before launch. We'll only activate Bravo at your school once we've secured sufficient participating businesses to create real value for Gold tier graduates.

If recruitment doesn't meet thresholds, we'll either delay Bravo launch until more partners are secured, or offer your school standard Pixown (without Bravo) so graduates still benefit from fair, transparent pricing. Your school won't be left in a position where Bravo disappoints students or families.

Can we approve which businesses participate?

Yes. This will be part of our partnership discussion. We want businesses that reflect well on your school, genuinely serve your students and families, meet basic standards of quality and reputation, and align with your community values. You'll have a voice in your school's Bravo business roster.

How do we communicate Bravo to students and families?

Pixown will provide all communication materials: email templates to send to students/families, content for your school website, graphics and social media assets, and talking points for staff.

You can customize materials with your school's branding, or use Pixown's materials as-is. We'll make it easy to communicate the program without creating extra work for your staff.

What if families complain about Bravo?

We're building Bravo to minimize complaints because it's optional (families can upgrade to Gold without participating), gift certificates are pure value-add (no downside), and local businesses will be carefully vetted.

Can we track Bravo's impact on our community?

Yes. Pixown will provide reporting on the number of Gold tier upgrades, total gift certificate value circulated into local economy, participating business list and redemption rates, and student/family satisfaction metrics. This data helps you demonstrate community impact to school boards, parent associations, and local stakeholders.

What's the bigger picture here?

For decades, the graduation photography industry has operated on a simple principle: capture customers, eliminate choice, maximize profit. Forced packages, inflated pricing. Take it or leave it.
