Is Bravo available at my school?

Check your access code email—if Bravo is offered at your school, we'll mention it there. Not every school offers Bravo (it's optional), but every school offers the same Gold tier pricing and savings. Bravo is the cherry on top—a way to transform your graduation into a community-wide celebration.

How much are the gift certificates worth?

Gift certificate values will vary by school, and the exact amount for your school will be clearly stated in your email. Each school will have its own unique roster of participating businesses that reflect the character of the local community.

When will I receive my gift certificate?

After you upgrade to Gold tier and select your preferred business, you'll receive your gift certificates. The certificates will be delivered via email or physical card, depending on the business and what works best for the program.

Can I choose multiple businesses?

At most schools, you'll select one business from the participating list. However, some schools may offer the option to divide your gift certificate value across multiple businesses. Your email will specify what's available at your school.

What if I don't want to participate in Bravo?

No problem! If you upgrade to Gold tier, you still get all the pricing savings—Bravo gift certificates are an optional bonus. You're not required to select a business or redeem a certificate. The Gold tier pricing alone makes the upgrade worthwhile.

Does Bravo mean prices are higher?

No. Gold tier pricing is the same whether your school offers Bravo or not. The gift certificate will be funded through the program—it doesn't inflate product pricing. Bravo is a value-add bonus, not a cost passed to you.

What if my school doesn't offer Bravo?

You still benefit from everything that makes Pixown different: transparent tiered pricing, freedom to order exactly what you want, built-in savings at Silver and Gold tiers, and no forced packages or exploitative pricing. Bravo is an additional benefit at participating schools, but Pixown's core value—ordering freedom with built-in savings—applies everywhere.
