How to Save

How to Save

The school photography industry uses two ordering models: Package and Podium. With the Package approach, you have two choices: accept what they tell you to order, or pay 3-4x more for what you actually want. With the Podium approach—which we use—you choose exactly what you want, and your pricing improves as you order more.

How Tiers Work

All products and services are identical across Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The only difference? Your prices.
  1. Bronze: Standard pricing, no upgrade fee.
  2. Silver: Lower prices, one-time upgrade fee.
  3. Gold: Lowest prices, one-time upgrade fee.
If you're ordering more than three prints or one digital download, Silver or Gold will almost certainly save you money—sometimes $100s.

Why the Upgrade Fee

Here’s the brilliant part: we could force everyone to pay an upgrade fee and give everyone lower prices. But that would punish people who only want one or two items—they'd pay a fee for savings they'd never use.

Instead, the Podium model lets YOU choose:
  1. Ordering just a few items? Stay in Bronze. No upgrade fee. Simple.
  2. Ordering more? Pay the upgrade fee once, and every item costs less.
Think of the upgrade fee like a Costco membership for grad photos. You pay it once, and if you’re ordering enough, you’ll save $100s. Your upgrade fee amount is in your access code email. The math is transparent. You decide if it’s worth it.

How to Upgrade

All upgrade instructions are in the same email as your access code. After you pay the upgrade fee for your selected tier, we'll email you a new access code to order at your new tier pricing.

Bronze, Silver, or Gold—pick the tier that saves you the most. That’s the Podium difference: transparency, freedom, and pricing that rewards you for ordering what you actually want.
