How do I access my photos?

About two weeks after your photo session, you'll receive an email with your unique access code. Click the "View Your Images & Order" button in our home page, enter your access code, and you're in.

You can order immediately at Bronze pricing, or upgrade to Silver or Gold for better pricing before you place your first order.

If you upgrade to Silver or Gold, you'll receive a new access code for that tier. Keep it safe—you'll need it every time you want to view photos or order.

Do I need to create an account?

Nope. We create your account automatically when we send you your access code. Just use your access code to log in—it's your username and password combined. Simple.

I didn't receive my access code email

First, check your spam/junk folder and search for "Pixown" or "access code." Still can't find it? Submit a support ticket with your name and school, and we'll resend your access code within 24 hours.

My access code isn't working

Double-check for typos—access codes are case-sensitive. Make sure you're using the most recent access code if you've upgraded. Try copying and pasting the code instead of typing it. Still stuck? Contact support and we'll sort it out.
