Return Policy

It can happen, you had not ordered what you had wanted. Please note, digital purchases are not eligible for a refund.

Please be aware that once your order is placed, it initiates a series of automated and customized processes. To cancel or modify your order, manual intervention is necessary. As a result, a $15 fee will be charged if you choose to alter your order 24 hours after placing it.

In the event that an order has already been dispatched, all prints and photo products must be returned to Pixown to qualify for a refund. Please reach out to us within 60 days from the receipt of your package to coordinate a return. Refund requests submitted beyond 60 days after receiving your package will not be accommodated. The customer bears the responsibility for any shipping costs associated with returning photo products.

I Changed My Mind I Now Want Retouching

Is it possible to request retouching on my prints after receiving them? To proceed with this service, please return your entire photo package to us after discussing the details with a member of our customer support team. While we will gladly reprint your photo package without additional charges, be advised that the retouching fee, as well as shipping and handling costs, will apply.

I Want To Now Order From A Different Price List

Buying in Bronze or Silver to then upgrade to another price list could be a problem. ONLY IF you return your purchase and receive a refund then upgrade to another price list. 20% of your purchase will be added to your Access Fee into your new price list.

After you pay for your upgrade we will contact you about the additional 20% fee. To avoid this fee please avoid making any purchases until you know which price list works for you.
