Our prints are made on high-quality Fuji Crystal Lustre paper. This premium paper has a subtle gloss finish that enhances the image's colour and details, while minimizing issues like glare and fingerprints. By choosing our prints, you can be confident in the exceptional quality and longevity of your memories.
Digital Downloads
Digital photos are non-refundable as they come with full copyright release.
To produce digital files for sale has the same production costs as selling all other products. It encompasses wages, training, equipment, expertise, creative style, planning, and managing the raw files. These expenses remain the same regardless of the final delivery format, whether it's prints or digital files. The cost difference between print and digital is negligible.
The file size does not reflect the image quality or resolution. The image file you'll receive is about 500 KB, the same size we use for all our orders. This might seem small, but don't worry - the file is compressed. When it's opened in printing software, it becomes much larger. We work with a platform that handles millions of customer image downloads, and we haven't had any customers complain about not being able to print from the same file size you'll receive. You'll be amazed at what you can print from this file. If you have any trouble printing it, let us know, and we'll help you out.
For digital downloads without retouching, the download link will be emailed on the same day. For retouched images, the download email may take up to a week to arrive.

- Teeth Whitening $5, remove yellow on teeth

Why do we charge for retouching when some companies include it when ordering...
Retouching should be a request not forced. Many customers prefer to not have their images manipulated. Also, there have been many instances in our industry where customers gather to voice their disapproval of companies that retouch on the assumption it is wanted. Lastly, our pricing for products is fairly priced and significantly lower than many companies in our industry. To also absorb the retouching costs is not possible.
